The brief

BMW Motorcycles of Miami is the largest BMW motorcycle dealership in Southeast Florida and one of the country's top sellers of BMW parts and apparel — but a dominant showroom doesn't automatically make a dominant digital presence. A rider researching their next GS shouldn't have to already know the dealership exists to find it. The gap was between real-world authority and the online surface that captures local intent.

Our work

We started with the asset every dealership underuses — the showroom itself. A proper photoshoot gave the brand a creative library that looks like the boutique it is, then we tightened the local business listing and ran local performance campaigns aimed at high-intent riders across Doral, Hialeah, Coral Gables, and the greater Miami metro. The goal isn't impressions; it's getting a qualified rider through the door.
